Move to OrientDB 3.0

• Schedulers stopped working as expected. Need to un-ignore test case in orienteer-users
• Broken sorting of Commands of unknown reason
• Support of OSecurityPolicy
• Time of mvn clean deploy is higher rather than in 1.5
• Test "in-app" low level OrientDB are not working - slowing down whole other tests for unknown reason
