Better error message for unpublished embedded videos

Currently, the error message "There was a problem fetching the video" is shown when a video is embedded on the course page although it is not, e.g., (1) fully processed or (2) was not recorded yet. In both cases, the error message could be more specific allowing students or teachers to understand why the video is not available yet.
