@Ludee What do we want to make available in the oedatamodel repo. besides the ERM. I can imagine that on the one hand the collected provision of meta data, .csv and erm is practical for the user but unfortunately this disturbs our structure because elements are packed together that do not fall directly under the same term.

the metadata is part of the datapackage and should be included.
I would like to have an example and/or an template as well.

@Ludee I added the data package files. Please review the current status. The metadata files are not yet filled, because I had no good idea for example content. If you approve I will merge the release branch.
