Describe the bug

After upgrading the windows version openshell requests UAC for reconfiguration, if that is denied something that dosnt should happen and prevents the user from working normally happens. Please in case UAC is denied and the system cant work without it correctly please just quit all of your code and allow access to microsofts stock start menu.

thanks in advance
