Currently, when column names are missing, CSV Cruncher uses the first row, and fails if it doesn't contain valid SQL names.
There could be an option to declare that the column names are missing and should be generated:
--genColNames[=(spreadsheet|numbered)]
Where spreadsheet would generate A, B, C, ..., AA, AB, ... (see e.g. here) and numbered would generate col1, col2 etc.
