Description of issue

I recently received my HDK2 off of Amazon from Black Friday. I downloaded all of the software using the installer, and successfully ran the Unity demos. However, when I try to run Elite: Dangerous or SteamVR in general, the image is inverted. I loaded TF2 without any trouble. I have tried modifying OSVR_HDK_2_0.json & OSVR_HDK_2_0_with_mesh.json, as well as steamvr.vrsettings, to no avail. I am running it in landscape flipped (extended view). When I switch it to landscape during the game, the image corrects itself on my Computer but goes black on the HMD.

System configuration

  • Graphics card(s): GTX 1060 6GB
  • Operating system: Windows 10 Home
  • Version of SteamVR: 1479163853 (A lot of guides said to use a specific beta version, but for me it just says "SteamVR Beta"; Hence I went with the default version)
  • Version of SteamVR-OSVR: v0.1-209-g620517d
