What is the "/Tests" directory for?

I'm trying to build an opc-ua environment, and I'm wondering what the "/Tests" directory does. What's the difference with Applications/ConsoleReference*?

@jonggleac The Tests directory contains unit and integration tests to verify the functionality of the OPC UA Stack.
