The value of the assertion will be a url to the production diagram in PNG format, hosted here at GitHub and accessed via PURLs.

Make list of entities that need diagrams
Create any diagrams that do not already exist
Export diagrams to PNG and add to this repository
Create PURLs for the diagrams
Add schema:image annotations in the bridge file for each entity in the list
