The Moz Local Search spreadsheet schema includes a Business Types column. The values for hte enumeration are:

BrickAndMortar
ServiceArea
HomeBased/HiddenAddress

Double-check schema.org for similar concepts
Confirm values before adding to model

https://schema.org/ItemAvailability is similar but not quite what we're looking for.
