Given that the installation guide mentions it is untested on Windows this may be intended, but it appears that the compiled mechanisms are not picked up on when nrnivmodl is used to create them on MSWin due to the difference in structure created (no directory named after architecture which load_mechanisms searches in).
Versions used: NEURON 8.2, pyNN 0.10.0, Windows 11 (python 3.10)
