Unable to start conductor when starting along with postgres yaml

Hi am getting continous exception when trying to start the conductor along with postgres yaml.
its giving jedisConnectionException continuously saying

"Error polling system task in queue: ..."
"Unable to find the resouce pool.."

Any idea how to overcome these error?

I see a bug already filed under

But i dont see any solution for this.
