JavaScript heap out of memory error when Migration to 3.3.5

Hi, I've been working on migrating Conductor 1.8.x -> Conductor 3.3.5. Conductor-UI is failing with JavaScript heap out of memory. Please find the logs.

@peterlau Our client is impacted because of this, It will be very helpful if you provide some suggestions. Below is my docker file with logs.
