Whichever make sense

• README.markdown - while I was hoping to automagick up some solution with the module.txt the amount of effort and fragility likely won't be worth it for a long time vs. simply keeping it and a readme updated in tandem. Should include generated links to Jenkins, wiki pages, general info of related issue trackers, release process, Artifactory, etc.
• Contributor file for guidelines
• License file (include option in Gradle to pick between different templates?)
