First round of changes & jobs are labeling everything as SNAPSHOT builds but I think Artifactory is treating them as release builds. In the meantime I've made the single Terasology snapshot repo accept either snaps or releases.

Need to sort out the difference, where release builds should only come from promoted builds. Which might be tricky as there's no Artifactory integration in the promotion section for Jenkins

A fair bit more work has gone in on this and I've got more notes locally.
