I'm curious if anyone has considered publishing a PDF of the guide to the Ocean Best Practices System?

I think OBPS serves a purpose for the ocean community and this would be a great resource to add.

I think it's relatively easy to provide a PDF download option: https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/enable-offline-formats.html

The documentation could be versioned and pushed to OBPS with every version change... This could be automated with GitHub Actions too ;)
