having thermal issue's

i run out of pla so i went get petg, temp needed 260. My ajustement was so far ok then doing the print after 10 min getting thermal error from screen. Friend of told me "just do PID" witch i start doing it with my octoprint. I restart power and start Auto tune PID but instantly get thermal issue on screen whitout performing anything. This printer have beautiful mechanic but the screen is very bad with it...

@mamounir Thank you for your feedback！It is not normal to display the thermal runaway screen during PID autotune, but this does not affect PID autotune. PID autotune will refresh to the main screen when finished.
