... It's become clear to me that we need to accept observations into
projects if the lat/long is reasonable regardless of the named location since it's not clear to folks that they have to select
an appropriate existing MO observation and there is not yet a way to create locations through the mobile app. This kind of stuff can always be cleaned up on the website and it can be frustrating trying to meet the project constraints from the
mobile app. ...
