问题重现 | Bug reproduce

我刚刚发现一个问题。
因为绘图软件ClipSudioPaint国际版锁区，所以我把系统的语言和地区改成英语了，CSP是没问题了。
可我的Picgo界面直接变成了一个灰色的大板，啥玩意都没有了，但是自动上传图片的功能还能用。
我重新装了一下picgo还是灰色大白板...然后我就只能把地区设置到新加坡了...

我想问一下，是不是只有系统语言设置为简体中文，picgo的UI界面才能正确显示呀？
因为我有点强迫症，现在系统语言格式是简体中文（新加坡），显示语言是英语，我觉得浑身上下难受...

我将安装包解压后，便携化运行 picgo.exe，软件UI界面无法启动，但任务管理器可以看到软件进程。该软件必须通过exe安装而不能解压运行吗？系统为Win11 23H2

PicGo 安装包里还有一些需要写注册表等必要信息的步骤，没有做便携版。所以自己制作便携版的问题需要自己研究
