当玩家在pvp的时候，禁止使用ClickRailSpawnCar的矿车。

解决了，现在玩家在PVP的时候，不可以飞行，不可以乘坐任何交通工具，不可以修改游戏模式
如果以上行为被你的敌人做出之后，输入/checkshenquan就可以让他得到惩罚
另外，除了/checkshenquan之外，任何命令都不可以在pvp开始时执行，包括/heal,/home等一系列命令
如果对面用命令方块执行命令的话，我不确定会不会被检测到，但是这种情况确实没办法(
最好是提前找到对面藏着的命令方块，并且破坏掉，之后就可以公平公正地开始PVP
