The wall blocks don't connect.

🔍 Steps to Reproduce | 复现方法

1. Download, install and run a server based on the Nukkit-MOT compiled in Github Actions (https://github.com/MemoriesOfTime/Nukkit-MOT/actions/runs/10025191580)
2. Launch "Minecraft: for Windows 10 edition" version 1.21.1.03, log in to the newly launched server.
3. Place the wall blocks nearby.

The wall blocks had to be connected

To do that, it costs an arm and a leg and is also tricky. But maybe in the future it can be achieved.
