Unable to uncheck "I will run this event" checkbox in event form

In the event form, unchecking the box labelled "I will run this event" doesn't stick. After submitting the form and returning to the event page, the box is still checked.

EDITED TO ADD: The actual presenter's name is also incorrectly removed when this happens. -Matt
