TagNav Column No Longer Collapses

Clicking the button to collapse the tag navigation used to hide the entire .tagsinput column with the nav in it. That way, the rest of the content could expand horizontally to use the screen real estate which the tag nav occupied.

At some point, the .tagsinput class no longer was applied to the column, so it only hid the tags, which no longer served the only purpose of hiding the nav. I have now moved the .tagsinput class back on to the column.
