Description of the current behaviour
The only way to edit which the news is through code.

Description of the behaviour you'd like
Admins (which could be users manually upgraded through a mysql query) should be able to add, edit and remove news from the frontend, so it's easier and can be done by @Atlantidattt (among other people).

Description of considered alternatives
Having to change code to do so is tedious and impractical and requires changes without testing or commits just for that.
