Data entry ID#3026 (1989) has an empty title, and the description is "Lamont Library".
This is a mistakenly-split entry, and should be merged with entry ID#3025 entitled "Harvard U." (1989).

Similar inconsistencies in how title and description were divided into two entries reoccur in the 1965-1980 dataset.
