I've been seeing scattered reports of the HTML5 definitions not loading correctly for some people, but I don't really have time to dig into why. I'm guessing it's because a newer version of the HTML Purifier package is getting pulled in. I don't have time to dig into the recent changes from them, so unless someone is willing to sponsor the issue I'll be reliant on the community to look into what's causing the issue and provide a PR to fix it.
It was working with 4.8.* but if you want to try updating it to the latest version and fix any bugs with that then I'm perfectly fine with that. Thanks @markeilander!
