[1.19.2 crash] Failure to load correctly

Is this mod multiplayer compatible? My server crashes when I include it in my mods folder.

Can confirm the issue occurs on 1.19.2 Forge version. It looks like its trying to load client-side particles and crashes because of it

Where do I download 1.1.0 for forge? It doesn't appear to be on curseforge or modrinth

I was not using 1.1.0. I didn't even know that version existed. There doesn't seem to be a download on curseforge, modrinth, or even the Lodestar discord.
