Following the transition to the new Workbench, instructor notes can be integrated into episodes/lessons. This issue is for

Episode 3: Layout of OpenRefine, Rows vs Records

Some notes could be copied from the existing notes, but this is also a good opportunity to make sure we have all appropriate instructor notes in place so we can use this issue for suggestions for any additional notes that should also be added.

• Add an instructor note expanding on how rows vs records work in OR, include a real world use of rows vs records. E.g. spreadsheet of photographs, many rows per photo each row details a thing in the photo. OR could merge rows into a single record
