Request rolls to multiple players

The GM should be easily able to request a specific roll to multiple players.
This functionality should be displayed in the GM sheet.
It should be possible for the GM to select for which PCs the roll should be requested to.
It should be possible to prepare such rolls for the campaign and deposit some information, that is revealed for characters succeeding in this check. This information can be graded by different QS.

Since information should only be revealed when the check is passed with a certain quality we have to implement #11 first!
