[BUG] Changing layout dimensions removes home icons and widgets #5003

Describe the bug

When you change the layout dimensions for the home page, the apps and widgets you've put disappears.

Steps to reproduce

Add icons to the home page
Change layout home screen grid dimensions

Expected behavior

Apps and widgets to not disappear
