Add system to generate an OpenAPIv3 spec file from client commands, probably adding it into the command! macro, feature-gated of course.

This is halfway done. All models are setup to implement JsonSchema, and large portions of the OpenAPI setup are done in command!.

Still need to figure out some things to hopefully generate an optimal schema.
