General Discussion to address any gotchas that arise during conversion, and potential improvements.

TODO before considering merge:

• Make sure the gm commands work and do what they claim
• Make sure Eden's content is spot-tested
• Make sure the new content is tested to a decent standard
• "How to write a Quest/Mission" simple guide, posted somewhere.
• "Perfect example Quest/Mission" commented correctly, explaining what each stage does, etc.

Gotchas
Someone mentioned each stage needing to return, that's important to mention in a gotchas page

Adding to that, we may, or may not, want to create some short of migration tool for existing servers, to transfer variables...
But I can see that taking an insane amount of work and arguably being out of the scope of this project.
We should have this discussion now better than later.
Documenting variables used and changed is easier now, while converting quests, than later.

One full run of ROTZ done today, a couple of bugs fell out and got squashed, looking good

Following on from this (and we mentioned in passing yesterday):

• A Lua binding to iterate all of the files in scripts/quests and scripts/missions, because Lua's filesystem handling is poor ;_;

I'm also in favour of a big fat command to dump and reload the entire quest cache 💣

We're going to need to be very careful with action priorities on some quest/mission-heavy NPCs to make sure we're only blocking when required (see: Halver, Kupipi, and the other usual suspects).
