Building server fails

I try to build the server in both Visual Studio 2022 and 2019 but it doesn't work. The file chrono.h causes the problem I get the error
Warning C4566 character represented by universal-character-name '\u00B5' cannot be represented in the current code page (932) S:\FFXI\server\build\x64-Debug_deps\fmt-src\include\fmt\chrono.h
The line if (std::is_same<Period, std::micro>::value) return "µs";
is the cause of the problem.

Could someone here tell me how to solve this? Can I build the server in some other app maybe Visual Studio code?

I've just merged #4953 into base branch. This MIGHT solve any UTF-8/Unicode character issues during Windows builds.
