EDIT: oops meant to post this to someone having issues with public access... though, it may still apply somewhat for the LAN. Make sure security is not clamping things at the client. Sometimes browsers can grab a port needed also, though that may give a different message--worth closing them to see. It could "simply" be that a firewall is getting in the way....either on their end or yours (don't forget to check what may be working at the OS level, not just your router) IDK if the LSB listeners will respond to it, but you could try the port scan tool at speedguide.net to see if they are actually open: |

I have the new XI loader but i am getting the mbedtls_net_connect failed upon trying to connect to my server. and there is nothing on my xi_connect windows as if anything is even trying to connect. Both client and server are on the same switch and i have tried with and without --hairpin. Any advice would be appreciated greatly. The only thing i could find was something in regard to using the updated xiloader which i have. Thanks, in advance.
