Don't know what OS you are using, but Windows has allowed you to put a custom file on a folder in that folder's properties for a while now. Granted, some may not actually see them because of their folder view options (may be set to only show icons/never show files) Just a thought... could be an alternative approach if you haven't tried it before. While I was preparing the server, everything was done well, and I'm obviously a maniac about how some things look and I like to make them presentable and easy to find.
I have always used this program "Folder Painter v1.2" to change the icon of the folders, to know where to go and not to go around so much, but since it never gave me problems, I did not realize that it was causing damage to "xi_map. exe" causing it to close when starting it, after making the same mistake on my part, putting those folders with their icons, I decided to do what I do best, analyze and deduce errors, go step by step, and oh, I realized that not everything is convenient.
I just wanted to share this because someone else commits my stupidity and in future ask about that program.
