Boxes don't go away

after the newest pull, boxes don't disappear, they stay there forever. Could someone plz check if it is a bug or i messed up something on my end.

i set up a brand new server and still got the same problem treasure casket not disappearing. Qufim outpost npc also missing. I got this warning if it helps with anything:

I can confirm that treasure caskets are not disappearing as they should, and to add to this bug when you select 'No' when asked if you want to obtain the selected item, it still acts as if you said 'Yes.' (But of course the Treasure casket just stays there and becomes interactable after the item(s) are awarded.)
