Hii,
I am facing "name 'default_encoding' is not defined"error while running Force_auto.py file. I successfully Download .nc file from ECMWFDataServer but after that code showing NameError: name 'default_encoding' is not defined while reading NetCDF4 file.
I am using ArcGIS 10.4 and python 2.7. to running this script. If you may provide some information about this issue then please help.
