Feature: Option to set periodic restart of HASS.Agent

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. I have HA setup so that it restart once per week. With the newest version of HASS.Agent, the Agent sensors are no longer found by HA. They come back up after I restart HASS.Agent though.

A setting to configure HASS.Agent to automatically restart on user-defined schedule.

I dont know why it happens that HA no longer sees the sensors. Maybe HASS.Agent itself knows this and can send the missing conf to HA?

Additional context
With earlier versions of HASS.Agent/HA, the restart of HASS.Agent was not needed, so something has become broken with the new verion of HASS.Agent.
