Introduction

TakeCare is a versatile application that promotes health and safety by monitoring steps, heart rate, detecting hazardous situations, and providing personalized notifications.

Key Features

Physical Activity Tracking

TakeCare tracks your steps and calories burned throughout the day.

Heart Rate Monitoring

TakeCare monitors your heart rate and notifies you if it is too high or too low.

PHYSICAL CONDITION DETECTION

TakeCare detects if you are in a hazardous situation and notifies you.

DRIVING MONITORING

TakeCare detects if you are driving and notifies you.

HEALTH REMINDERS

TakeCare reminds you to drink water, take a break, and take your medicine.

Prerequisites
