Warning when exceeding max context

For security reasons, Krill would automatically cut requested contexts larger than the value set as krill.context.max.token, to that maximum value. There is currently no warning or notification about that in the response. I think that would be necessary.

This issue is related to KorAP/Kustvakt#755
