Add recipes for different configurations

A very common installation variant for KorAP is login only, meaning all corpus data is protected by a login. This is a simple configuration that should be provided by a recipe.
Examples like this should be added to the wiki or as separated compose files in the repo (with the latter being hard to keep up to date).
