Turn Meta-Rewrites into log messages

Currently only errors, warnings or success messages use the Kalamar information method, that shows messages briefly at the right bottom of the screen. This area should also be used to inform the user about meta rewrites (as long as these rewrites can not be marked at properties like user settings). For an example of such rewrites, see here.

This requires Kalamar to iterate through all objects in the meta section of the KoralQuery response object.
