增加临时消息（或陌生人消息）的收发功能
构想：TempMessageEvent事件，用于接收临时消息，数据结构跟FriendMessageEvent一致（或类似）
TempMessageSend函数，用于发送临时消息，参数与FriendMessageSend一致。
