If you need to update something that still lives here (on toby), check
in your changes to this repo and run this:
   gcloud --project=khan-internal-services compute ssh ubuntu@toby-internal-webserver --zone=us-central1-c
   cd internal-webserver/
   git pull


-- UPDATING CRONTAB ON TOBY

If you need to update the crontab that runs on toby, check in your
changes to Khan/aws-config:toby/crontab and run this:
   gcloud --project=khan-internal-services compute ssh ubuntu@toby-internal-webserver --zone=us-central1-c
   cd aws-config
   git pull
   crontab -l | diff -u - toby/crontab    # to make sure the diff is correct
   crontab toby/crontab   # to install the new crontab
