[Kavita] Ability to rate individual entries in a series (all library types)

Idea Description

Currently, ratings are only applied at the series level. This is limiting due to various reasons, the most relevant being that the rating of an individual entry (e.g., a book in a series or a volume of a particular manga) may not reflect a user's opinion of the series as a whole.

As an improvement to this, ratings could be applied at the individual entry level based on the library type (e.g., book, volume, issue, etc.). For manga, maybe the option to rate individual volumes and individual chapters would be appropriate.

I can think of 2 possible ways for this to work with respect to the overall series rating:

1. Individual entry ratings, if present, are averaged and replace the overall series rating, if present (my preference)
2. Individual entry ratings are applied only to the entry and the overall series rating is separate

I think that option 1 makes the most intuitive sense but I primarily use Kavita with e-books and comics so I may not be aware of the needs of people who collect other media types. It would be great if people who use it to read manga and magazines could chime in with what they think too.
