Follow button for artists does not work

Is there an existing issue for this? (Please read the description)

Current Behavior

When pressing the follow button on an artist, the follow button does not do anything and instead shows that I can follow them.

Expected Behavior

When pressing the follow button on an artist the button should say followed and they should appear in your followed artists tab.

Steps to reproduce

1. I opened the app 2. I went to an artists profile 3. Clicked the follow button 4. The follow button stays the same and does not follow the artist
