You seem to not understand why we set a limit of 10 accounts. We are trying our best to provide support for our users, but obviously we physically can't test all edge cases, so it was decided to check some sane amount of accounts and test it, so that we can be confident when providing support. Number 10 was taken because Valve employees said this was in internal documents as a limit of how many accounts can have one user. Neither Valve, nor we, enforce this limit strictly; We just warn users that having more accounts is not recommended, and do not provide support for such users. They can still use program with 100 or 1000 accounts, but that's on their own risk. For us, if you have more than 10 accounts (not bots in ASF, just steam accounts) is a signal to answer to all your questions "don't know, don't care". So, to answer you question - we don't know if someone was banned for using 20 accounts, and we don't care.
