I tried

MyClient::Account.create(first_name: "Experiment", last_name: "Fingercross", email: "a@b.co")

but got

TypeError: no implicit conversion of String into Integer
from /Users/jay/.rbenv/versions/2.3.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.3.0/gems/json_api_client-1.5.1/lib/json_api_client/parsers/parser.rb:59:in `fetch'
