ACID2 Status

Current status

pcwalton is attempting to merge his changes with those of hyunejunkim and june0cho. It resulted in: http://i.imgur.com/MhlIpL1.png, though he suspects that it is just a mis-rebase/merge of the auto table layout features

Once he tracks that down, we just need to finish reviewing and land this work.
