The landing page is blank. We have a static MenuBar at the top but we need a homepage.

I'm open to design and discussion around it. The only things to include are name and slogan:

DevUtils

Slogan:
A simple, fast, and accessible grab bag of useful utilities for developers to use on the fly.

feel free to come up with a better slogan/description.
