[FEATURE] "Term is published" and "Media is published" conditions

Overview of feature request
For some unknown reason, Drupal lacks "is published" conditions for contexts. We already had "Node is published". I propose we add "Term is published" and "Media is published".

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
Site builders.

What inspired the request?

For example, to show a specific warning message when an entity is not published! (There is, again bafflingly, no way for an admin who can see unpublished content to tell that it's unpublished.)

What existing behavior do you want changed?

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Islandora?
